Private Yoga Classes
Along with heavy emphasis on alignment and breath, my primary focus is the feeling that arises within our bodies as we move, dance and flow throughout our mat. I believe it is through this connection with our feelings and breath that we are able to move energetic blocks and manifest the healing power of yoga.
From personal experience I believe that having a strong connection with a yoga teacher makes a big difference, especially if you’re just beginning your practice.
